Hello!

My name is Julee Mobley, and I've felt movitated to take care of people for as long as I can remember. Even as a little girl, I wanted everyone to be okay and tried to make that happen.

About 20 years ago my life changed forever. My baby, born with severe medical challenges, came into the world. That's when my caregiving became vital to someone else's survival. I was completely unprepared and quickly found myself overwhelmed. Taking care of a fragile little human wasn't my full-time job either, I went back to work to pay the bills as soon as maternity leave ran out. I never found time to catch my breath, and I started feeling completely exhausted and unhappy.

Decades later, I've created space in my life to prioritize my well-being, something I didn’t always do. I realized that to truly care for others, I had to start taking care of myself. It wasn’t easy, but by making small shifts—like setting time aside for rest, learning mindfulness techniques, and asking for help when needed—I began to feel like myself again. Now, I adore the precious moments with my family. As my kids grow into adults before my eyes, I’m ready to share everything I’ve learned with caregivers who are balancing their well-being with their responsibilities.

Through my years of research and personal experience, I discovered powerful mental, physical, and emotional techniques that helped me overcome the overwhelm of caregiving. I’ve studied mindfulness for over 15 years, and it’s been life-changing. And since I’ve spent my career designing premium adult learning programs, I wanted to combine my expertise in helping people learn and grow with what I’ve learned on this caregiving journey.

I created my course to provide family and unpaid caregivers like you with practical tools and strategies to recognize overwhelm, build resilience, and make self-care a regular part of their lives.
